Reset Administrator Token without Recovery Key

The LoginTC Admin Panel Recovery Key is presented to an administrator on their first login. It can be downloaded as "logintc-recovery-key.txt" or printed.

In case the Recovery Key is not available the organizations API Key can be used as an alternative to reset an administrator token.

On the Reset Token page click the "I can't find my recovery key!" link and an alternative field will appear.

The Organization API Key can be in two places:

1/ On the LoginTC Cloud Admin Panel under Settings > API. Another administrator in your organization can provide this.

2/ On your LoginTC RADIUS Connector. Click your configuration and under LoginTC Settings click Edit. The API Key is accessible on the following screen.
