Cannot login into the Admin Panel

If you are no longer in possession of your administrator token, you can reset your administrator token by:


  1. Navigate to https://cloud.logintc.com/panel/login
  2. Click "Having trouble?"
  3. Click "I lost or changed my mobile devices or desktop and need a new token"
  4. Click "token reset email"
  5. Enter your administrator email and follow the instructions in the email


In order to be re-issued an administrator token you will need to provide either your Recovery Key (which you would have been shown the first time you logged in) or the Organizations API Key (which you can find on the connector configuration, or another administrator can give this to you).
