Not Receiving Push Notification Does it have to be a 4-digit PIN to protect my credential? Can I have multiple users in one device? Can I have multiple credentials on multiple devices? Can I have multiple credentials in the app?

iOS: Error Unable to register your device with LoginTC

The LoginTC app requires push notifications to be enabled.




This can be verified by navigating to Settings > Notification Center > LoginTC and setting:



1. Alert Style: Alerts or Banner (required)

2. Alerts: Badge App Icon ON (recommended)


  • Alerts: Sounds ON (recommended)
  • Alerts: Show in Notification Center ON (strongly recommended)

3. Show on Lock Screen ON (strongly recommended)

After notifications are enabled you will be able to add tokens. You may have close and restart the LoginTC app and / or restart the device for the setting to take effect. You can test your app setup by running a diagnostic test within the app: https://www.logintc.com/docs/guides/ios-app.html#diagnostics


If the diagnostic test passes then you are good to go.
